Chef / Chocolatier
Executive Chef at Sour & Salt Bakery where her artistry as a self-taught sourdough baker and aspiring chocolatier shines, Chef Eleni Adkins is set to deliver a four course family style feast! Steeped heavily in Greek traditions and flavor and drawing inspiration from her rich Greek heritage, Eleni's culinary creations are deeply influenced by traditional Greek cuisine. As a first generation Greek American, Eleni grew up in New Jersey, where her love for food was nurtured in her father's Greek diner and her grandmother's gourmet deli and catering service. These formative experiences taught her how to blend traditional and comfort foods into an elevated culinary experience, creating dishes that are both nostalgic and innovative.
At this one of a kind event, a limited number of lucky guests gather around a central table to savor exquisite fare from amazing local eateries and engage in delightful conversation. Events range from wine pairings with multi-course cuisine, brunches, holiday events, family style dinners and even events where the Chef prepares the meal right in front of you! The Table is an ultra exclusive event, where each guest is seated at the communal table, providing a sense of togetherness and shared excitement. Our guests always end the night with new friends!
